Villa Complete ART, 500 meters from the sea, is situated at one of the best points over    village SKALOMA, which is approx. 2 mins drive away. At the beach, there are a couple of tavernas as well as beach-bars.  It offers to its visitor’s total relaxation in a traditionally restored setting, with a magnificent view of the sea, the Peloponnesian mountains, the Corinthian gulf and the nearby area. This view exceeds anything you ever beheld in beauty.

Villa Complete ART is a two level Villa and consists of two houses ART 1 at the ground level and ART 2 at the upper level.

House ART 1, has an open plan living room with comfortable sofas and furnishings; an indoor dining area for six and a well-equipped kitchen with all appliances. From the large French windows leading to the garden there are spectacular views over the sea. There are two double bedrooms, a spacious double bedroom leading to the garden with wonderful sea views; and a second smaller double bedroom also with views to the sea and to the garden. Bedrooms have preserved the impressive aura of a relaxing vacation. No two are exactly alike in either size or décor.   Between these two rooms is a large bathroom with WC and shower.

ART 2 is in a spectacular position on the upper level with panoramic views right out over the Gulf of Corinth and Patraikos. Upon entering the villa, is a very large and impressive open plan room with elegant and comfortable living area, a fabulous dining table for 10 guests lit by beautiful, hand-blown colorful glass lamps and an ultra-stylish modern kitchen. It is a perfect space for guests who enjoy entertaining. Huge glass doors lead to the terrace where there are spectacular views over the sea – the stunning Rio-Antirio bridge rises like a galleon from the sea; it is one of the engineering marvels of the 21st Century and its beauty matches the simplicity of its design.

Throughout the decor is elegant, stylish and comfortable with WiFi throughout the villa. The artistic flair of the owner is evident with large modern artworks on the walls and interesting touches such as the hand-built tables made out of beautiful antique reclaimed doors.

Four steps from the living area lead to the bedrooms. There is one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and French windows leading to a balcony overlooking the garden. Across the hallway is the 2nd double bedroom also with a very spacious en-suite bathroom. This bedroom has French windows leading to a quiet corner of the garden shaded by ancient olive trees with lovely glimpses of the sea through the trees. Bedrooms have preserved the impressive aura of a relaxing vacation. No two are exactly alike in either size or décor.   There is also a bathroom on this level.

Outside, there is a lovely outdoor dining area with barbecue and spectacular views over the sea. There is a large swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers, and an elegant outdoor living area with in-built sofas just above the pool. The property is surrounded by large gardens with lawns and planted with many trees and flowers. There are full window shutters as well as mosquito nets in all areas. All mobile phones providers work well.

The nearest city Nafpaktos is 13 KM and is famous for its fortified Venetian harbor, the smaller in the Mediterranean and the Venetian hilltop fort. The 2 large Beaches PSANI and GRIBOVO, are surrounded by chic cafes and restaurants and offers a unique setting.

The city offering a wide range of general and local produce, gas stations, first aid, pharmacies, doctors, shopping and Athletic installations like TENNIS and NAUTICAL CLUB.

The property is an excellent base to explore some of the historical and cultural attractions of the area – the beautiful Neo-Classical town of Galaxidi, which also has excellent fish restaurants is about 20 mins drive; the ancient sites of Delphi  is about an hour’s drive, while Archaeological site Olympia about 2 hours; the beautiful town of Arachova lying just below the ancient mountain of Parnassos and famous for its mountain cuisine is about an hour’s drive; and the very pretty island of Trizonia can be accessed by fishing caique boat and is just 10 mins drive away.
